Refund Policy

Standard Price

Each pitch deck review costs EUR 49 unless a validated promotional code reduces the total.

Before Processing Starts

If payment succeeds but the review has not yet started, you may request a refund by contacting pitch@mycouncil.xyz.

Service Failure

If we cannot produce a verdict because of a service-side failure, we will either rerun the review at no additional cost or refund the payment.

Completed Reviews

Completed reviews are generally non-refundable because compute and platform costs are incurred during processing. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Promotional Codes

Promotional code value is not cash, is not transferable, and cannot be refunded as money.
