Data We Process

We process uploaded pitch decks, optional supporting PDFs, extracted text, section maps, payment status, email confirmation data, run metadata, and generated verdicts.

Purpose

Data is used to validate files, process payment, generate the market/domain profile, run the virtual committee review, deliver the report, prevent abuse, and maintain service records.

Transient Originals

Original uploaded PDFs are intended to be transient and used only for processing, retry handling, and terminal cleanup. Long-term records may include extracted text, metadata, payment records, and verdicts.

Processors

Processing may involve payment providers, email providers, LLM providers, private market-report sources, hosting infrastructure, and the myCouncil.xyz debate platform.

Payment Data

Card details are handled by the payment provider. PitchCouncil does not store card numbers or card security codes.
